How the Member Responsible for Complaints can work with residents

Since April 2024, all landlords must have someone called a Member Responsible for Complaints (MRC). This person works at a senior level to make sure complaints are handled properly and that services improve for residents.

We want to hear from you about:

  • whether you know about this role
  • if you think it's helping residents
  • how the MRC could work better with residents like you
