This event is for Members Responsible for Complaints on the governing body or board only. Please do not complete a registration form if you are not in this role.

The event is taking place in Leeds City Centre, a short walk from the train station. We will share exact location details with you once a space has been confirmed.

What time is the event?

The event will run from 10am - 4pm on Wednesday 15 October 2025.

What happens after I register?

As this event is for appointed MRCs only, we will review each application to attend. We will contact you directly to confirm if you have a space at this year's event based on the answers on your registration form.
