Complaints during a merger

Landlords sometimes make significant changes to their organisational structure and ownership. They might buy, or be bought by, another landlord. With both organisations continuing to run in the same way as before. Sometimes 2, or more, landlords might join together and form a new organisation with a new name. This can also happen with local councils. We use the word ‘merge’ to describe these kinds of changes.

We are asking our panel members for feedback on how landlords respond to complaints through a merger.

Next year, we will publish a report on this topic.

Why take part?

If you have received an invite to take part in this survey it is because your landlord merged within the last few years. We are interested in your experience and your views.
