We will be at the Housing Community Summit in Liverpool on 9 & 10 September. You can find us at stand G52 and we will also be speaking at several sessions at Housing in Practice, which is free to access for all CIH members.
Our Duty to Monitor team will be hosting a drop-in surgery at the event to talk all things Complaint Handling Code. If you have a query about compliance, complaint handling, self-assessing or anything else to do with the Code, you can book a 15-minute slot with the team via the link below.
It would be helpful if you could use the notes section when booking to provide brief description of your query and tell us which organisation you work for.
The drop in sessions have now closed.

We will not be able to provide updates or discuss individual cases at the drop-in.
