Complaint Handling Code annual submission form 2026-27

Landlords must provide an annual submission to the Housing Ombudsman. This is to demonstrate compliance with the Code.

You can submit this using our dedicated electronic form below, unless we have agreed on an alternative method in advance.

What you need to provide

We ask you to provide links to key information and documentation required to support the submission. These include:

• the self-assessment as published on the website
• the annual complaints performance and service improvement report (covering information for the financial year 2025-26)
• the governing body’s response to the report
• the complaints policy

Group structures

Please remember, if you are in a group structure and different organisations use different complaint policies, you will need to do a stand-alone submission for each.
