Highlights from the Member Responsible for Complaints (MRC) Conference 2023
In October 2023, we hosted our first ever in-person Centre for Learning event for Members Responsible for Complaints. Over 220 landlords attended the event where we provided an overview of our Annual Complaints Review and heard from landlords on how they had embedded the role of an MRC within their organisation.
