In May 2024, we standardised how we request information from landlords for cases that we will be investigating.  For most cases, we now ask for specific evidence, depending on the category of complaint referred to the Ombudsman.

The Housing Ombudsman is excited to announce the launch of 'landlord forums,' exclusively for housing professionals.
