In May 2024, we standardised how we request information from landlords for cases that we will be investigating. For most cases, we now ask for specific evidence, depending on the category of complaint referred to the Ombudsman.
We would appreciate your insights to contribute towards making the process as effective as possible and to help us understand the landlord experience.
